this will involve some downtime we thankyou for your time whilst we carry out the upgrades.

I would like to be part of the beta also if possible,at present ts2 is awful quality,i just hope ts3 is a s good as they say it is.
At present we have to use skype.

skype is not better then ts2for quality.
Are you sure you have set the right codec on the chanels to a speex one?

i have been on to your teasmpeak server and changed to chanel codec to speex 25.9 as you were using one of half that quality.
Give that one a try as its the best ts2 has to offer

ok have just took a look,quality is a little better,although i've never found teamspeak to be that great a quality in sound on any server or codec.personally i like the features of ts and the qulaity of skype,hopefully ts3 can give a happy medium with its new codecs,and enhanced features,afterall ts2 is an old boy now in terms of software.

Just a quick question,will we be able to create sub channels in the slots you give us for ts3?

the ts3 server you will get will be your own.
The main thing is that ts3 will cost more money per month for the more advanced features.
Because currently these new codecs are BANDWITH thirsty

I have to say although i was a little optimistic about how ts3 would turn out,i am very impressed by the overall quality of the program.
The codecs are compareable to the quality of skype without reasoning,even on the defaults.
And the ability to record is a  nice little feature especially for clan comms training purposes.

I must say the prog looks promising but we shall see how it all pans out over the beta period
