Hey mate.
I am on xfire but you removed me when you found out i bought mw2.
Johns away on work.
I am also on the support msn
and there is also a ticket system in your game control panel you can use

Yes i'm working away on business doing 12 hrs a day 7 days a week so i'm not so much on xfire too much but i can assure you that i still do have you on xfire please if you do have any issues we have to supoport tickets in place one via your billing and one via our game cpanel you can also get in touch this way as we get instant email from here too.
