1) TERMS OF SERVICE
When purchasing any product from Clan-Hosts you are agreeing to the Terms of Service and conditions listed below.
2) SUPPORT :
Clan-Hosts offer what it considers to be a high standard of support to every customer when requested on the following services; Ticketing, Msn Instant Messaging & Xfire support. Our staff will try and assist you with your problem as quickly as possible.
We will be more than happy to help you configure your server and/or modifications should you need any assistance.
3) UN-ACCEPTABLE USE :
Clan-Hosts insists that our services are not to be used in a manner other than what it is intended to do. Any activity that effects the quality of service to others will be seriously be reviewed by us. All activity that may infringe the reputation of Clan-Hosts will resort to account termination with-out Refund.
4) WEB HOSTING:
Clan-Hosts try to offer the best Web Hosting to our customers, We will not accept abuse to our servers by the following; Warez/Torrent Files, Adult or Explicit Material. If these's following conditions are broken then it may lead to suspension or account termination with-out Refund.
5) GAME SERVER HOSTING
Clan-Hosts offer High Quality Game Servers at Affordable Prices.The server files that are provided to run your game are property of clan-hosts and should not be downloaded to users systems. If you purchase a branded server from us and the �Clan-Hosts.org.uk ::� is removed this will lead to your server being disabled by our control panel (you will need to file a support ticket). If you change the amount of slots in your server configuration this can also lead to your server being disabled by our control panel (you will need to file a support ticket).
6) REFUNDS :
Clan-Hosts services are non refundable unless agreed by Clan-Hosts.
7) PAYMENTS :
All of our payments are processed through Pay pal. If you intend to pay for any product through clan-hosts then you will need to have a Pay pal account. We do this for the security and safety of both parties, as Pay pal is an insured payment method, Clan-Hosts will not be held responsible for subscription payments that are kept active if you decided to cancel your services with us.
8) ADVISORY & LEGAL:
Clan-Hosts reserves the right to:
amend/change/remove/modify/add terms and conditions without prior notice.
